Tom Ruiz is a seasoned public works consultant with decades of experience in the field of 50 years of Construction and Public Works function. After retiring in 2024 from 20 years as the Public Works Director for the City of Miami Gardens, Florida, I wanted to take my experience and passion for public service to help those navigate complex documentation and grant processes.
